Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-17
These Terms govern your use of arxterra.club and the services provided by Mykhailo Koblychenko s.p., a sole proprietor (samostojni podjetnik) registered in Slovenia (“we”, “Arxterra”). By using the site you accept these Terms.
1. What we provide
Arxterra is an informational tool that ranks countries by a data-driven safety score across planning horizons, and offers paid research products (Market Brief, Custom Research) and an optional scenario session run with the School of Prognostic Modeling.
2. No advice, no warranty
- The service is for information only. It is not investment, legal, tax or professional advice, an offer, solicitation or recommendation.
- Scores are computed from third-party open sources; we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
- A scenario session is a structured expert exercise, not a guaranteed forecast.
- You are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.
3. Paid services
Paid products are scoped and quoted per case. Prices, scope and delivery are agreed in writing before work begins. Because deliverables are bespoke research, refunds are handled case by case as agreed in the engagement.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our data or reports beyond your organization without written permission.
- Do not misrepresent our scores as guarantees or as third-party endorsements.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Arxterra name, index methodology, design and reports are ours or our licensors’. Underlying open data remains under its own licences (UCDP/GED: CC BY 4.0, Uppsala University; World Bank: CC BY 4.0; The GDELT Project), with attribution on the Methodology page.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions: media4estate@gmail.com.
