We are the data controller.

• Contact-form / quote-request data you submit: name, company, work email, market-entry details, budget and message.
• Technical data: IP address, user-agent, timestamps (server logs), needed for security and to deliver the service.
• Aggregated, privacy-friendly usage analytics (see the Cookie Policy).

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request and providing our services: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and 6(1)(a) (consent).
• Security, fraud prevention and maintaining the site: Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
• Aggregated analytics to improve the product: Art. 6(1)(f), using privacy-friendly, cookie-free measurement.

3. Retention

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by law (e.g. tax/accounting). Server logs are kept for a short period for security. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our server and email.
• The privacy-friendly analytics provider (aggregated, no personal profiles).
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Public risk data shown on the site comes from third-party open sources (UCDP/GED from Uppsala University, World Bank, The GDELT Project) and is not your personal data.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

• Access, rectification, erasure and restriction of your data.
• Data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
